Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase/when you received your items, we can no longer offer an exchange.
Instances that are eligible for an exchange:
- The item has a factory defect/damage, making it unfit for wearing.
- You received a wrong item (wrong size/wrong color/wrong personalization) from what you ordered (based on invoice).
- You want to change into a bigger/smaller size (subject to availability).
However, these types of goods are exempt:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized/personalized items (if there’s no error as to invoice)
- Clothes w/ removed tag
- Accessories
- Damaged items due to courier mishandling, or customer fitting upon receiving the item, or any other cause other than factory damage.
To process a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Send us an email or direct message stating your concern and what your preference is for the exchange. We will then send you the details on where to send back the items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also notify you of the shipment for the new items.
In instances where you want to return an item in exchange for a bigger/smaller size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of both the returned items and the new items.
